At Tatra Peak Consulting, we don't draw buildings just for appearances. We know that in Zakopane and the surrounding area, an investment must pay for itself. We analyze the plot in terms of the number of accommodation spaces, access to roads, and whether the building will get lost in the shadow of its neighbors. Our concepts are a ready-to-use action plan, not just pretty pictures.
We start every project by checking the local spatial development plan. We often meet investors who have bought a plot and then found out they couldn't build a facility of the right height. We check this right at the beginning. This saves you time and money on corrections, which are exceptionally expensive in mountain architecture.
