We usually complete an initial analysis within 3-5 working days. Everything depends on how quickly we receive the necessary documents from the office.
Do you check what can be built on the land?
Yes, we check the local spatial development plan (MPZP) and building conditions. This way, you will know whether a hotel or apartment building can actually be built on the chosen land.
