It usually takes us 3 to 5 working days. The time depends on how quickly we get documents from the office and the complexity of the specific land register.
Do you check what can actually be built on the land?
Yes, that is our main task. We analyze the local spatial development plan and building conditions so you know whether you can build a hotel, guest house, or maybe just a single-family home.
How much does an investment valuation cost?
The initial valuation costs 2500 PLN. If you are planning a larger development investment, we value it individually after the first conversation about your plans.
Do you help with formalities in the office?
Yes, we guide our clients through the entire investment process. We know local regulations and know how to talk to officials to avoid unnecessary delays.
Do you only operate in Zakopane?
