Tatra Peak Consulting provides reliable data and investment analyses. Our studies are advisory in nature and help in making business decisions. However, we are not responsible for the final investment decisions made by the client or for changes in local spatial development plans (MPZP) that may occur after our report is submitted. We always recommend verifying documents directly with the appropriate office before taking key construction or financial actions.

The prices of our services, including initial valuations and full development analyses, are set individually or according to the price list provided on our website. Payments are made based on invoices. In the event of resignation from a service during its implementation, the client is obliged to cover the costs of work performed up to the moment of receiving a written statement of withdrawal. We value our time and our clients' time, which is why we start every cooperation with concrete arrangements.

All information provided to us by clients, including investment plans or real estate documents, is treated as confidential. We do not share third-party data without explicit consent. All personal data is collected solely for the purpose of contract execution and handling inquiries.
